With many organizations looking to have net-zero emissions by the year 2050, designing data centers according to energy conservation, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources has never been more prescient.
According to a recent survey conducted by the IBM Institute for Business Value and Oxford Economics, whilst 73% of executives they surveyed said their organizations have set a net-zero carbon emissions goal, only about 35% of those surveyed have taken action on that strategy.
Patrick Drew, Instructor and Online Tutor with CNet Training, has successfully completed the Business Sustainability Management program from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and delivers the Certified Data Center Sustainability Professional (CDCSP®) program.
