The Certified Network Infrastructure Design Professional (CNIDP®) program from CNet Training has been such a hit in the UK that it is launching in the US, Middle East and Asia.
The popular CNIDP® kicks off in Dubai in September and Hong Kong in November, with dates scheduled through to 2018 and the launch in the US will take place during quarter 4 of the year.
Since it’s launch in the UK, the CNIDP® continues to receive positive feedback. It is a full and comprehensive classroom led program that elevates the skills and experience of network infrastructure professionals to the ultimate level. The eight-day program is divided into a 5-day core unit and a 3-day professional unit, allowing those taking it to break it up into manageable time frames.
The core unit (CNID®) provides the knowledge to deliver complex infrastructure design projects from inception through to customer hand-over via an effective tender response. It explores the complex issues involved when designing whilst planning for both Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) network infrastructures and exams the role of the designer and the multitude of disciplines required to deliver a multifaceted design to meet the customer requirements. Product life cycle, customer needs analysis, the site survey process and the detailed structure of a final design document are covered in-depth.
The professional part of this program, the Certified Network Infrastructure Design Professional (CNIDP®), is designed to significantly enhance the knowledge and skills of the student within the project delivery life cycle. The program explores the complex issues involved in completing a response to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Invitation to Tender (ITT).
An internationally recognised Level 5 BTEC Professional Award is received on successful completion in addition to a professional industry recognised certification.
The CNIDP® joins CNet Training’s other world renowned programs from the Global Data Centre and Network Infrastructure Education Framework, that are taught in locations across the world from San Francisco to Singapore and plans are currently being made which will also see the launch of the Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI®) in the Middle East and US too. These professional programs span introductory level 3, right through to the world’s first Masters Degree in Data Centre Leadership and Management at level 7 on the International Qualifications Framework.
Students who attend the CNIDP® program can have complete confidence that they will receive first class education from the leaders in network infrastructure education (the only dedicated industry education provider in the world to award both qualifications and certifications) and as a result can benefit from an instant competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Andrew Stevens, CNet Training’s CEO explains: “We are really pleased with the success of the CNIDP® program in the UK so have decided to break into the Middle East, Asia and US regions with the program too. The unique element about this program is that it is entirely classroom led, taught by one of our expert instructors who themselves have years of experience in the industry. Being in a classroom enables the students to participate, interact and learn from other shared experiences from the instructor. The program is 40% theory and 60% practical – with on-going assessments throughout. There’s no exam so unlike many other training programs, it’s not just a memory test to pass. The price of the CNIDP® includes all program materials too – so there aren’t any surprise additional costs.”
