CNet Training is delighted to announce that Emily Jessup has been appointed as Client Services Coordinator.
Emily has been with the company for a number of years in an internal role and her time at CNet Training has allowed her to understand how the business works, as well as develop her understanding of the digital infrastructure industry.
Throughout her time at CNet Training, Emily has developed working relationships with many of CNet Training’s clients and will continue to work closely with them in her new customer facing role, whilst maintaining quality relationships.
Emily’s primary responsibility as Client Services Coordinator will be ensuring those who are applying for the world’s only Masters Degree in Data Centre Leadership and Management are supported throughout the application process whilst working closely with CNet Training’s Higher and Further Education Principal.
She will also be developing working relationships with those who have been on CNet Training’s programs and are due to re-certify. Emily will be the point of contact for this ensuring everyone will be contacted and advised and will be the support for those who are going through the re-certification process.
Emily’s new role will see her coordinating all resettlement training for those who have completed the Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI®) resettlement program and are wanting a two-week work placement. Emily has close connections with companies offering work placements within in the industry, some of which have developed into a permanent job.
Global Account Director, Matthew Hawkins, said: “It’s a pleasure to have Emily utilising her skills and joining the Sales department. She is an integral part of the company and she brings a lot to the team. It’s been a joy to work with her in the past and I look forward to working more closely with her in the future. I have no doubt she will transition smoothly into her new position here at CNet Training and many of our global clients will be hearing from her soon.”
