The Infrastructure Masons Education Thought paper, co-authored with CNet training’s CEO, Andrew Stevens (iMasons 2nd Degree Master), Winston A. Saunders (iMasons Education Workgroup Chair, 2nd Degree Journey) and Mark Monroe (Executive Director iMasons, 1st Degree Master) has just been published.
The authors have identified a risk in attracting, developing and retaining talent to sustain the continuous growth of technical infrastructure services. The paper discusses key challenges we face, problems they may present, and thoughts on steps the industry can take to address them.
The full paper, entitled Cornerstones of Infrastructure Masonry, can be read here.
