CNet Training proudly sponsored the AFCOM Holiday Networking Event in Philadelphia. Part of this sponsorship included a prize drawer to win a FREE Certified Data Center education program from the Global Data Center Education Framework, originated by CNet.
The lucky winner was John Rapczynski, a Computer Analyst for the University of Pennsylvania. John has chosen to at attend the Certified Data Centre Management Professional (CDCMP®) program – a 7-day comprehensive program that explores and addresses all elements associated with managing a data center, view full program details. On successful completion John will gain official CDCMP® certification, the use of CDCMP post nominal letters after this name, the use of the CDCMP® logo, plus a level 5 BTEC qualification (equivalent to a Bachelor Degree).
The CDCMP® certification will certainly help John in his current role where he performs infrastructure support along with my other duties and will, next year, be taking over Data Center Facilities Management.
