Sustainability is very important to CNet and we believe every change, even the smallest, is helping us to progress in a positive direction. Some of our most recent steps to becoming more environmentally aware include:
| • | Tracking energy usage in all head office units, with timers on heaters to ensure they are being used as efficiently as possible |

| • | Switching from printed name badges for our in-person programs, to reusable, wipeable name badges that can be used again and again |
| • | Moving programs to our new online platform, CNet Academy, removing the need for paper manuals to be printed, bound and shipped |
