We invest in apprentices is the only accreditation that measures and monitors the quality of an organisation’s apprenticeship scheme. It was commissioned for creation by the Department for Education and is endorsed by several Ministers of State, including Gillian Keegan MP, Alex Burghart MP and Robert Halfon MP.
A framework is used to assess how well an organisation is supporting their apprentices at work, including development, communication and support, helping to build an apprentice’s experience to support the organisation’s skills requirement, and succession planning.
