We are seeking a PR & Communications Executive to join our lively, busy and dynamic team to ensure we continue to reach our global marketplace with the right messages, at the right time. This is a position requiring motivation and initiative to provide full public relations and message coordination to support the Company in achieving on-going growth objectives.

This is a role where creativity, initiative, energy and organisation skills will be well received. Key to success is ensuring our current editorial commitments are fulfilled in additional to looking for opportunities for additional coverage through building relationships with editors.

Key knowledge, skills and ability:

  • Verifiable commercial PR, editorial and social media experience (preferably B2B)
  • Ability to write for commercial audiences
  • Ability to build good press relations (local, national, international, trade and general)
  • Ability to create cohesive and complementary material to strengthen brand messages
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload using own initiative to meet deadlines
  • Ability to embrace emerging opportunities and react accordingly
  • Attention to detail
  • Some basic design experience advantageous

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading public relations and communications activities and coordinating message release with other marketing activities to maximise strength of message throughout the marketplace
  • Writing, managing and coordinating timed release of written materials in line with marketing plans and product launches
  • Building relationships with editors, feature writers, freelancers to encourage coverage
  • Manage, grow and maintain media list
  • Look for appropriate editorial opportunities
  • Update websites with released content

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • At least 4 years’ demonstrable experience of marketing, some B2B experience preferable
  • The ability to analyse and review stats with the view to improve ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Wordpress Content Management System
  • Experience with Google Ads and re-marketing
  • Some HTML knowledge and experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some knowledge of the Adobe Suite would be advantageous
  • Experience of SalesForce CRM system would be advantageous

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing Google Ads and create re-marketing ads (analysis, review messages, update campaigns, monitor budget and ROI)
  • Assist with preparing and organising events as needed
  • Website updates, additions and improvements as needed including working on SEO improvements
  • Email campaign analysis with a view to working with the designer to maximise design effectiveness and open rates
  • Managing and updating online forms and their integration with SalesForce
  • Managing the assets and monitor the issuing of digital badges through an online portal
  • Create reports and analyse campaigns, activities, and achievements
  • Work on other projects and marketing activities as needed

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Manager with experience and interest in Digital Infrastructure to lead our efforts in the European Data Centre space.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Develop new & maintain existing customers through planned individual account support and prospecting
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Liaise with colleagues and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development

  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • Maintain in depth and up to date subject knowledge and technical competence to carry out duties
  • IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
