This course gives you the skills and knowledge to become an SX-2000 I&M certified engineer on Mitel’s business communications system, the SX-2000. 

You’ll learn the concepts of the SX-2000 switching system, call processing and how the various peripheral devices connect and are programmed. With continuing software development an essential part of the SX-2000 product, the course includes software upgrade exercises, backing up and restoring the programmed customer database. Towards the end of the course you’ll have an opportunity to explore applications key to your specific needs. (Be prepared for a few long days and occasional homework!)
