SX-2000 System Administration 2 Course Overview

Building on your knowledge as an SX-2000 System Administrator this course concentrates on detailed programming and maintenance of the SX-2000 database. The classroom gives you a realistic scenario where you will be programming attendant consoles and trunks as well as wiring and programming new extensions. This is followed by the routine maintenance tasks required on an SX-2000 system. Keeping your system secure is vitally important and the course also covers the System Security measures which will show you how deter hackers from gaining unwarranted access. There is a test at the end of this course. Upon successfully completing the test you will be given a certificate. If you are already experienced on the SX-2000 and have a certificate for the SX-2000 System Administration I course you may just take the test. Please contact Mitel Training directly.
