MITEL SX-2000 System Administration 1 Course Overview
This course is the ideal starting point for customers who are responsible for the day to day administration of their SX-2000 system. A very practical ‘hands-on’ course you will be programming the database to make routine moves, adds, and changes of extensions; backing up the changed database and performing basic fault finding on the system to cope with an alarm condition.
There is a test at the end of this course. Upon successfully completing the test you will be given a certificate. If you are already experienced on the SX-2000 system and wish to just take the test you may do so. Please contact Mitel Training directly.
