Project Management Using IT (MS Project 2003) Course Overview

The ultimate programme for those seeking to consolidate & improve their project
management skills

This newly updated course provides an in-depth appreciation of both Project Management Software together with the key concepts and practicalities of actually constructing and managing a project plan. It can be taken as a stand-alone programme or coupled with our Project Management Techniques course.

The course takes the delegate through each step of creating a project plan from entering tasks to understanding critical path analysis as well as setting up and managing both internal and external resource pools to allocate against each of the project tasks. This in turn will lead to a start and finish date, and budget that can be managed using Microsoft Project through each task and stage to completion.
